Alpha Health

Your health,
written down.

Alpha Health keeps a plain, honest ledger of what you eat, lift, take and measure — by voice, by photo, or with a tap — and reads it back to you in words you'd actually use. On your phone. On your wrist. In English, हिन्दी and العربية.

SCROLL
A week, kept

Most health apps are dashboards.
Alpha Health is a ledger.

The clearest way to explain it is to open one person's book. This is Sana's week. Every entry below is a real screen doing what it really does — scroll, and watch it work.

Colour only when it means something. Every figure on its own line. Nothing saved until you say so.

MON · 06:42 · Home

The day, on one page.

Home is today's summary: six goals in one ring, four modules in a ruled grid, and beneath them a ledger — weight, calories, steps, sleep, water, mood — each on its own dotted line. Tap a line and it opens to log. The ring moves on; it never starts over.

  • Good morning, by name — and one line of weather: great day for a walk 🚶
  • Colour only when it means something. Green when a goal is met. Red only when calories run over.
  • A streak stamp in brass — brass is for what's earned, never for decoration.
MON · 08:15 · Meal

Chicken salad, brown rice and a glass of juice.

Say it. Alpha Health hears it, reads it back as a list you can tick or fix, and files it under the right meal with calories, protein, carbs and fat. Or photograph the plate. Or scan a barcode and pick a real portion — because nobody eats exactly 100 g.

  • Five ways to log — voice, photo, barcode, search, and the meals you save. Search knows Open Food Facts, USDA and regional food tables.
  • Every capture is read back first. Heard this — fix anything it got wrong.
  • Barcode, search, my meals and yesterday stay free.
  • And two questions the food log could never answerwhat should I eat? for the rest of today, and what can I make? from what is in the house.
  • Under the day, a read of the food itself — protein on pace, fibre behind, and one thing to do about it at dinner.
MON · 18:30 · Exercises

Push day, one set at a time.

Start a workout and the screen shows one exercise: sets to fill, supersets marked A1 / A2, and a rest clock that fills as it counts down. Or just say “bench press, three sets of ten at sixty kilos” — every set lands tappable, so a misheard number takes one touch to fix.

  • A week card that splits your minutes by kind, and a calendar of rings — filled when a plan was kept.
  • An exercise library with video, your choice of trainer, and a routine you plan by week or month.
  • Honest caloriesestimated from 70 kg until you log your weight. Then they're yours.

HOW TODAY IS EATINGbalanced
A calorie total says how much you ate, not what. This reads the food itself.
Good protein, light on fibre.
41 g of protein by lunch — on pace.
The chicken salad did most of the work.
Fibre is 6 g behind where it should be.
A bowl of salad or a fruit at dinner closes the fibre gap without adding much.

MON · 19:20 · Body

A body you can turn and touch.

Every figure in the app is a number. This is the one screen that answers a question numbers can't: what is that, and what does it do? Spin it. Tap a muscle and it names itself, with the exercises that work it. Flip to organs and the skin turns to glass — the heart beats, the blood moves.

  • Richer colour where you trained more this week — a heatmap from your own workouts, not a checkbox.
  • Tap a muscle. Two fingers move it, pinch zooms. Double-tap to reframe.
  • Male or female build, from your profile or a Settings choice.

TUE · 07:05 · Health

Your health record — no AI, just your numbers.

The Health tab opens on arithmetic: weight trend, last blood pressure against its clinical band, doses taken, BMI. Log a reading by hand, or say “blood pressure was 130 over 85 this morning” — it reads back, and nothing is saved until you say so.

  • Real bands, not pass/fail — normal, elevated, high. 122/78 and 185/125 are not the same condition.
  • Pressure, sugar, heart rate, oxygen — and readings from Apple Health or Health Connect, marked as such.
  • Two documents built from your log — a summary for your doctor, and an emergency card that fits on one screen.
  • Six doors, not six tabs — reports, supplements and meds, vitals, symptoms, body check-in, and cycle tracking for those who turn it on.
TUE · 07:40 · Reports

Scan a lab report. Get your numbers filed.

Add a lab test, a prescription, any document. Tap Scan and the values come off the page as numbers — HbA1c, LDL, TSH — filed under the report they came from. Scan a third one and the same test is followed across all three, with a verdict the lab's own range decides.

  • Photo, gallery or PDF. Lab names and spellings vary by country; it reads them anyway.
  • Improving · in range now · watch · steady — green only when the lab's own range says so.
  • AI-extracted — check values against the original. Not medical advice.
TUE · 21:00 · Supplements & meds

Two doses, one refill.

A shelf of what you take, on the schedule you take it — daily, some weekdays, or a day of the month. Tick a dose and the stock counts down toward a refill. Fourteen days of adherence in a strip, where a day with nothing due is drawn hollow. Not as a miss.

  • Refill tracking — stock counts down as doses are taken; the nearest refill sits in the hero.
  • Reminders on phone and watch, with a two-button dose screen at the scheduled time.
  • A supplement catalogue that autocompletes what you're adding.
WED · 06:30 · Habits

Habits that tick themselves.

The card is the bar. Swipe right and the count moves with your thumb — a flick adds one, a long sweep adds several. And some habits Alpha Health already knows how to keep for you: build one from the catalogue and it arrives wired to the data you log anyway — steps from your phone, protein from your meals, a tick when every dose is taken.

  • Streak, best, completion in the hero — and a 14-day strip where a rest day is not a failure.
  • Suggestions only when your data earns them. A suggestion that reappears is a nag.
  • Archive without losing anythingrestoring brings the streak with it.
WED · 18:10 · Apple Watch

On your wrist, the two things that matter.

Alpha Health for Apple Watch shows two rings — the two the day most needs — and logs a set with one tap on a capsule, the target pre-filled, the rest timer counting even when the screen dims. Pairing takes a four-letter code. The watch never sees your password.

  • Quick log — four one-tap actions, sorted by what wants attention.
  • Dose time on the wrist — a two-button screen: taken, or later.
  • Offline is a state, not a direction — a hairline banner, a queue that sends itself.

Works on a train.

Lose the network and Alpha Health shows what it last knew and keeps taking entries. Each one wears a small grey pill — Waiting to send — until you're back, when they go, oldest first. Nothing typed in a tunnel is lost when the train comes out.

  • Opens from what it knew — the first screen is drawn before the network is asked.
  • Honest pending pills — a record that exists and is on its way, said plainly.
  • Apple Health & Health Connect synced silently on every return, never with a prompt.
FRI · 09:00 · Language

English, हिन्दी, العربية.

Every screen, every sheet, every reminder — 1,300 strings, not just the front door. Arabic turns the whole app around, right to left. Language belongs to the phone in your hand, so a Hindi phone never forces Hindi onto the same account's iPad.

  • Local foods, local portions — the food table and the voice examples speak the same language you do.
  • Prices in your currency, from your own store, never a converted figure.
  • Chosen before login, kept offline — a file on the phone, not a field on the server.
  • This page, too. Switch it at the top — the whole site turns around with it.

Honest by design

It tells you when it's guessing.

A health app is trusted with the numbers people show their doctor. So Alpha Health says, on the screen, what it knows and what it assumed — in its own words.

Calories are estimated from 70 kg
Until you log your weight, and it says so. An unqualified number is read as a measured one.
no AI, just your numbers
The Health hero is arithmetic over your own log. The AI review sits below it, and only when you ask.
normal · elevated · high
Clinical bands, never a pass/fail — collapsing them would tell someone at 122/78 they're where someone at 185/125 is.
Not medical advice
Printed on every AI read — the weekly review, the nutrition read, the decoded report. Every time.
Audio is sent to be transcribed and is not kept
Voice logging spends the recording and keeps the words you approved. Nothing else.
Nothing is saved until you say so
Every capture — photo, voice, scan — is read back as a list you tick. A misheard blood pressure is not a small mistake.
They stay in your account, and stay there if you disconnect
